Nayeem Ahmed has spent two decades turning a personal recovery story into a treatment centre, a free coaching program, and a body of film and photography work recognised at Moscow. We built the site that holds all of it together — a platform honest enough for the recovery story and considered enough for the craft, without either side crowding out the other.

The problem
Nayeem's story — twenty years sober, a treatment centre he built and ran for over a decade, a free coaching program that's already reached 500+ people, and film work recognised at Moscow — is the kind of credibility that can't come from a stock coaching-website template. He needed a site that could hold two things at once without either one diluting the other: the weight of lived recovery experience, and the craft of a working filmmaker and photographer.
Our approach
We structured the site around his own language for his journey — the Turning Point — rather than a generic 'services' framework, sequencing the personal narrative first and letting the visual work (photography, film stills) punctuate it rather than compete with it. Every design decision favoured quiet and legible over polished and corporate, matching how Nayeem actually talks to the people he coaches.
The solution
We designed and built a personal-brand platform spanning his recovery story, the free Recovery Coaching Program application flow, a photography and filmmaking portfolio, testimonials from people he's guided, and an ongoing journal — all under one visual language instead of the disconnected microsites a coach-slash-filmmaker often ends up with.
A dedicated visual-storytelling wing for Nayeem's Moscow Film Festival–recognized work and 12+ years of photography, sitting alongside the coaching content rather than a separate site.
A dedicated application flow for the 10-day Mindset Mastery program, positioned to feel personal and judgment-free rather than transactional.
A multi-section visual story — from the addiction narrative to the 2006 turning point — paired with an ongoing journal/blog for ranking and repeat visits.
A dedicated space for the community's own words, built to carry the same non-judgmental tone as the program itself.
